During the session, PACE expressed its commitment to ensuring that all captives are released, emphasizing the need for full compliance with international humanitarian law. The assembly highlighted ongoing human rights violations, including reports of torture, and called for the immediate liberation of all detainees. PACE pledged to continue working with international partners and organizations to maintain pressure on Russia and support Ukraine in its struggle for justice and accountability.
